| We received the Wedding / Memorial candle
and it was absolutely GORGEOUS! I was elated by its beauty!
The Bride and Groom were surprised and amazed by this gift. They were very excited to have this candle to display at their wedding to celebrate their marriage and the memory of the Bride's Father. The Groom's Mother pulled me aside and told me that this was by far the best gift they could have received. Guests at the wedding specifically were taking pictures of their candle. For Customized and Personalized Candles, Memorial Candles, Everlasting Candles, Wedding Candles and Hurricane Candles.
Step #1 Send an email requesting a design layout and quote and please include the following information: Size of candle, type of insert on top of candle, names, dates, poem/verse, font type, color scheme, photos or images you want included. With this information we will assemble a design layout for your review. Also include your name and a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions regarding your request. Include the date of the event or date that you need candle.

program: Yahoo, Gmail. Hotmail.... type the email address in the send to area in
the email. In subject line type: Design layout quote request.
All candles are Customized and Personalized per your request. Text can vary in script style and color, choice is yours. It is your responsibility to read all text to verify the correctness of spelling. Customized & Personalized candles cannot be accepted for refund. Images are printed on an inkjet printer and embedded on the outside surface of the candle. Color choice for customized and personalized pillar candles and hurricane candles is White or Ivory only. Due to the process used to customize and personalize our candles, 'Silver or Gold' - Metallic inks cannot be done.
If you would like to include a photo, there is a 5.00 charge per photo. If your photo is in digital format (jpg - jpeg image) attach it to your email. If photo is a print, add 2.50 for the scan ( Total 7.50 ) Mail print via US Mail to: (Frans Candles, P.O. Box 26037, Collegeville, PA 19426) and it will be returned to you with your candle. If the design layout includes front and back of candle, there is a 3.00 additional charge for the back side of candle.

Digital - Photograph and Image - Tips If you are using a print photograph, we prefer that
you send us the actual print and let us scan it. This insures the
highest quality image for your design layout. If you are using a digital camera image, you can email
us the image. We strongly recommend digital images be at least 100 –
200 KB. Images should be sent to us in jpeg (jpg) format. When sending us a digital image, send us the full, uncompressed, non-resized version. Resizing a digital photographic file may give you the dimensions that you want but it may not deliver the quality. When resizing digital files in a graphics application (PhotoShop, Photo Deluxe, Picture It, etc.) it is very easy to change the file's dimensions and dpi to new settings. However, doing so may actually degrade the quality of your image. Interpolation is the term used to describe how graphics applications recalculate the pixels that make up an image file and add or subtract pixels to recreate the image at the new size. We recommend leaving digital files at their original size and allowing us to resize the image. |
Step #2 Upon receipt of your request we will assemble your design. If there is any question regarding the information you submitted, we will call. The completed design will then be posted on a customer layout web page. A link to the page will be included in my reply email with your quote. Customer needs to click on the link to review the design. Note that there may be several designs on a web page. You may need to scroll down the page to view your design.
Step #3 If changes are necessary, reply back to our quotation email.
Step #4 If design meets with your approval, follow instructions at top of customer layouts page.

Hello I am looking to have the wedding candle we received at our wedding (23 years ago) re-created as an anniversary gift for my wife. It is a 3" X 9" ivory candle and has our wedding announcement and invitation on it. I have enclosed the invitation and announcement as well as a picture of the original candle (after 23 years!) for you to review. You will see that the candle has sagged and darkened over the years. Also note that there is a glitter in the areas which do not have text and that the decorations on the announcement have been recreated as well. Please let me know if this can be done. Thanks! (Our anniversary is July 11) Jim
