Many Memorial Candles have been designed to be lit during Wedding ceremonies. Others have been requested to remember a loved one on the anniversary of their passing. This page will feature Everlasting Memorial Pillar candles and there is a link below to the Memorial Hurricane candles page.

For Customized and Personalized Candles, Memorial Candles, Everlasting Candles, Wedding Candles and Hurricane Candles.

Step #1 Send an email requesting a design layout and quote and please include the following information: Size of candle, type of insert on top of candle, names, dates, poem/verse, font type, color scheme, photos or images you want included. With this information we will assemble a design layout for your review. Also include your name and a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions regarding your request. Include the date of the event, if applicable.

If you receive an error message: The host 'smtp' could not be found. after sending request using the email link above, copy and paste address into the email window or type the address into the email window. Some email programs may not be set up to accept the action of default SMTP Protocol associated with link activation.

All candles are Customized and Personalized per your request. Text can vary in script style and color, choice is yours. It is your responsibility to read all text to verify the correctness of spelling. Customized & Personalized candles cannot be accepted for refund. Images are printed on an inkjet printer an embedded on the outside surface of the candle.

There is no extra charge for number of characters or lines of text. If you would like to include a photo, there is a 5.00 additional charge for photo work if your photo is in digital format (jpg - jpeg image) and sent in email or if it is a Kodak print, cost is 7.50 which includes the scan upon receipt of your photo. Kodak print needs to be sent via US Mail (Frans Candles, P.O. Box 26037, Collegeville, PA 19426) and will be returned to you with your candle. If the design includes (picture/text) front and back of candle, there is a 2.00 additional charge for the back side of candle.

Digital - Photograph and Image - Tips

If you are using a print photograph, we prefer that you send us the actual print and let us scan it. This insures the highest quality image for your design layout.

If you are scanning, upon receipt of email with scanned image, photo will be inspected for quality. If quality is determined to be less than desirable, we will notify customer ASAP.

If you are using a digital camera image, you can email us the image. We strongly recommend digital images be at least 100 – 200 KB. Images should be sent to us in jpeg (jpg) format.

When sending us a digital image, send us the full, uncompressed, non-resized version.

Resizing a digital photographic file may give you the dimensions that you want but it may not deliver the quality. When resizing digital files in a graphics application (PhotoShop, Photo Deluxe, Picture It, etc.) it is very easy to change the file's dimensions and dpi to new settings. However, doing so may actually degrade the quality of your image. Interpolation is the term used to describe how graphics applications recalculate the pixels that make up an image file and add or subtract pixels to recreate the image at the new size. We recommend leaving digital files at their original size and allowing us to resize the image.

Step #2 Upon receipt of your request we will assemble your design. If there is any question regarding the information you submitted, we will call. The completed design will then be posted on a customer layout web page. A link to the page will be included in my reply email with your quote. Customer needs to click on the link to review the design. Note that there may be several designs on a web page. You may need to scroll down the page to view your design.

Email Notice

Due to many Email Defense Solutions, Spam Filters and Junk email programs set up by many Internet email providers, if you do not get a reply from us within 2 days of your request, please call 1-866-683-3044 to see if your request was received. Three most common errors that customers have if our reply does not get back to you.

	If you use AOL, Earthlink or Yahoo email, check your Junk/Bulk items folder
	If you are using a Company email address or Educational institution email address, some System Administrators block emails that contain links in them
	Is you mailbox full. You cannot receive reply if the box is full

Step #3 If changes are necessary, reply back to our quotation email.

Step #4 If design meets with your approval, follow instructions at top of customer layouts page.

Pricing effective 5/1/07

We currently have 2 types of inserts for top of candles, 1 with a tea-light candle inserted in the top and the other with a glass oyster votive holder and votive candle inserted in the top. Replace only the tea-light or votive candle when it is done burning.

To the right is a view of the tea-light candle inserted in the top of the pillar. Available in both 3" round and 4" round pillars.

To the right is a view of the glass oyster cup votive holder and votive candle inserted in the top. Available in 4" round or larger pillars only.

On some occasions, events are held where they do not allow candles to be lit. The photo below shows the front and back designs for both candle and vase. The candle was used at the Wedding ceremony and the wax candle vase was used at the reception hall, where candles were not allowed.

The "Wax Candle Vase" is available in 2 sizes. Silk flowers are not included. Real flowers are not recommended. The vase is made of wax used to make pillar candles but is hollow in the center for inserting flowers.

I wanted to let you know I got my memorial candle in the mail today and everything came out great.

The idea of a memorial candle at first wasn't a sure thing if I wanted to do this or not. Since I placed an order and got to see the picture via e-mail from your company I came to realize this was the best way to show honor and love to my mom on my wedding to for all to see. When I opened the box I really hit home and enforced the great loss my family and I have had for the last 6 years. My mom is the greatest person and the best mother ever. I have decided to not show the candle to my sisters and brother with hopes to surprise them also on my wedding day, and to incorporate the candle in the ceremony. You have made my wedding day extra special and your staff has gone above and beyond anything I could have expected. You have made Danielle and I very happy and you will be remembered on my wedding day also for the good service for which you have provided for us. Candle arrived July 10 and I, in great anticipation opened it immediately. Beautiful and just as I wanted. All arrived in great condition and I thank you for wonderful job you did. You made it so easy to order and all went so smoothly. Hard to find such great service and customer attention. Thank you and I know this candle, in my Husbands memory, will ease the pain at the wedding and remind us that He is always with us.

Please see that the sweet Gremlin gets this big THANK YOU for the candle. I received it Saturday while we were at the river fishing. After we came home, I had to unload the boat while Steve started cleaning the fish...was home almost an hour before I spotted a package sitting on my front porch bench. Had no clue what it was until I saw the return address! I took it inside and opened it up. I want you to know that I had a chill come over me as the scent escaped the box. I know I told you that Momma's birthday is coming up and that I will light it in memory of her...but, as the scent reached my nose, all I could think of was Momma's favorite candle called Tutti Fruity (not sure of the spelling). There's a girl from here that used to make one for Momma and send to her every 6 months or so...and the Jasmine smells just like it. When I took it out of the package, I teared up...because it LOOKS like the same type of candle that Momma would get. (Hers was the bigger 3 wick candle but the "filling" if you will, looks identical to YOURS!!) I think Momma has been whispering in a little Gremlins ear, don't you??!!! You have NO idea how much this candle means to me!! Thanking you doesn't seem adequate...maybe there will be a little Gremlin here one of these days and will find something to send you!

Leigh came down Sunday and I told her to close her eyes as I handed her the candle...I asked her to tell me the first thing she thought of when she smelled it. She said..."Memaw's tutti fruity candle". She opened her eyes and looked at it and did a little *gasp* sound...she said, "it LOOKS like it too"....then she wanted to know where I got it from and I told her to read the card on it...she seems to think the little Gremlin knew exactly what he was doing!

So...on May 26th, this special candle will be burning as I "talk" to Momma and wish her a heavenly birthday.
