Dear Fran: I wanted to tell you how very beautiful Sarah's candle is. It was absolutely breath taking, and I sincerely mean that. When I gave it to Sarah's Mom she just kept holding on to the candle and sobbing. She asked me how it was made and just kept hugging and holding onto it. I think these candles are the best gift a person can gave at a time like this, it is something she will always have. I searched high and low around here for something like your candles, but to no avail. Just wanted to tell you how comforting the candle was to her, and thanks again, it was exactly what I wanted.

P.S. I wanted to let you know that the shipping from the PO was terrible with this candle, the box had a huge hole in it that they taped up and put a damaged in transit note on it. When I saw it I figured the candle was damaged for sure, but it luckily was not. I was so relieved when I opened it, but someone was very rough with it, the hole was huge, but luckily with your good packaging and secure wrapping inside, it made it just fine. Thanks again.

The candle arrived safely and very well packed for protection.

It is very beautiful, just as I expected. My daughter read the poem on the back and had tears as did my nephew. I love it. You did a beautiful, exceptional job. Thanks so very much.

Hi Fran,

It's been a while since we've written but I have pictures for you!

The candles were wonderful! My wedding coordinator arranged the candles just as I asked and they looked absolutely beautiful. I had one table arranged as the memorial table. Everyone wanted to know where I had them made and commented on how great they were. But most importantly my husband and I loved them! They helped us include family members that were not able to physically be there. Not only include them but add them in a classy, intimate and personal manner!

We had a whole memorial ceremony at the beginning of the wedding. The DJ had everyone put their attention to the memorial table. He then announced that Michael was going to light a candle in remembrance of his grandmother. He went up with his parents and together they lit her candle. Once lit, Michael walked his parents to their table and moved to our sweetheart table. The DJ then announced that my grandmother, my son (he wanted to help light Papa's candle) and I were going to light my grandfather's candle. When lit, I walked my grandmother to her seat and then lit my father's candle with my mother. After that candle was lit I walked my mother to her seat and the DJ announced that since my dad couldn't be there my father in law was going to dance the father and daughter dance with me (Dance With My Father Again by Luther Vandross). That was the close of the memorials. Everything was done in a tasteful manner.

Without knowing it you played a huge part in our wedding! Thank you Fran! I will always remember and love you for being a special part of my wedding!
