Ordering Procedure

In order for our Business to continue operation and provide personalized service to our customer, Frans Candles, has changed Customer payment processing methods.

This revised procedure protects the customers personal and bank information to the greatest level that we can offer. The online order form that required SSL Certificate is discontinued as of August 1, 2015. No customer order information is transmitted thru the website or any internet portal. No customer payment processing information is stored on Frans Candles computer. Since this change, any breach that could possibly happen will not net any information to the hackers.

Two options for placing an order:

Option #1: Customer can call us directly to place your order at 610-676-0532 -  Normal customer contact / call hours are Monday thru Friday 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST

Option #2: A printed copy of the 'ORDER FORM' can be filled in by hand and sent via US Mail: Frans Candles, LLC, P.O. Box 26037, Collegeville, PA 19426

All orders submitted will receive an Email confirmation which will include the cost as quoted and description of what you ordered. Shipping cost will be actual charges from the carrier, United States Postal Service.

To begin the ordering process, please follow the guidelines below:

For Customized and Personalized Candles, Memorial Candles, Everlasting Candles, Wedding Candles and Hurricane Candles.  

Step #1    Send an email requesting a design layout and quote and please include the following information: Size of candle, type of insert on top of candle, names, dates, poem/verse, font type, color scheme, photos or images you want included. With this information we will assemble a design layout for your review. Also include your name and a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions regarding your request. Include the date of the event or date that you need candle.

If the above email link does not work, open your ( Default / Primary ) Email program: Yahoo, Gmail. Hotmail.... type the email address in the send to area in the email. In subject line type: Design layout quote request.

All candles are Customized and Personalized per your request. Text can vary in script style and color, choice is yours. It is your responsibility to read all text to verify the correctness of spelling. Customized & Personalized candles cannot be accepted for refund. Images are printed on an inkjet printer and embedded on the outside surface of the candle. Color choice for customized and personalized pillar candles and hurricane candles is White or Ivory only.  Due to the process used to customize and personalize our candles,  'Silver or Gold' - Metallic inks cannot be done.  

If you would like to include a photo, there is a 5.00 charge per photo. If your photo is in digital format (jpg - jpeg image) attach it to your email. If photo is a print, add 2.50 for the scan ( Total 7.50 ) Mail print via US Mail to: (Frans Candles, P.O. Box 26037, Collegeville, PA 19426) and it will be returned to you with your candle.  If the design layout includes front and back of candle, there is a 3.00 additional charge for the back side of candle. 

Step #2    Upon receipt of your request we will assemble your design. If there is any question regarding the information you submitted, we will call you. The completed design will be sent to the customer as a jpg file for your review and approval.

Step #3    If changes are necessary, reply back to our quotation email.

Insurance: Certain types of Candles and Glass items may be shipped with insurance. The packages will be marked or labeled Insured by Post Office employees. If damage has occurred in shipment, customer is responsible to take package, product and form to local Post Office for processing. Return Policy: All of our candles are individually handmade and as with all handmade candles, no 2 items are alike. Customized & Personalized candles cannot be accepted for refund.

Payment accepted: Credit Cards - We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.  Your Credit Card purchase will be processed the day items are shipped.

Shipping: We will be using the United States Postal Service, "Priority Mail" for domestic Orders, " International Priority Mail " for Orders outside the USA to ship our products. You pay ACTUAL shipping charges which will be included in your credit card purchase. All packages will be shipped with a delivery confirmation, certain items will be insured. We have no handling or packing fees.
